Come join us for one of the most fun events of the school year, Wheel-a-thon!
Wheel-a-thon raises money to support Wyoming City Schools by getting kids outside and on their wheels!
How it works
Students in grades K-6 raise pledges to complete 1-mile laps on their bikes, scooters, rollerblades, wheelchairs, skateboards, or any other non-motorized wheels of their choice. Riders win prizes for every 5 laps of the course they complete.
Additional prizes are awarded for the most laps completed and the most money raised by grade.
Wheel-a-thon is one of the primary fundraisers for the Wyoming Parent School Association. All proceeds are donated back to Wyoming City Schools.

Event Details
Date: April 27, 2025, 1pm - 4pm
Rain Date: May 10, 2025, 1pm - 4pm
Route: The 0.9 mile route will begin at Elm School and then travel North to Walnut, then Beech, and turn around at Worthington & Beech.
Car traffic will be restricted and race marshals will be stationed at intersections.
Prizes
Individual Prizes:
- Highest number of overall laps wins two Kings Island tickets.
- Highest fundraiser wins two Kings Island tickets.
- Highest number of laps per grade wins May Fete food/game tickets.
- Highest fundraiser per grade wins May Fete food/game tickets.
Primary School Prize:
All three Primary Schools will win a Kona Ice Day if grades K-4 raise $15,000 collectively.
Middle School Prize (5th and 6th Grades Only):
5th & 6th grades will earn a Pizza Party if both grades raise $5,000 collectively.
